   • Served as primary platform architect for 20+ AKS clusters running 500+ applications — owning architecture, reliability, security and operational standards across all workloads.
   • Led the organisation's move to containers: defined the strategy, designed the target platform, and migrated 500+ applications from on-prem data centres to Azure Kubernetes Service.

   • Drove cost optimisation across Azure and AKS, cutting unused capacity and right-sizing workloads to improve operational efficiency.
   • Implemented GitOps delivery on AKS with Flux and Argo CD, and built end-to-end logging and monitoring for both applications and infrastructure.
   • Deployed and governed Azure with Bicep and Terraform; enforced IAM least-privilege and least-blast-radius across all subscriptions.

   • Ran Terraform at scale with Atlantis on AWS Fargate, and automated golden AMIs with Packer to shorten deploy cycles.
   • Authored Cloud Custodian policies to continuously enforce governance, tagging and cost guardrails across the estate.
   • Designed a self-healing microservices delivery pipeline (build, deploy, monitor) and coached product teams on AWS and DevOps best practice.
